The Human Bone Marrow-Derived mononuclear cells are a mixed population of precursor cells with a single nucleus. The fraction includes monocytes, lymphocytes, as well as hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. Cryopreserved Kosheeka mononuclear cells are isolated from whole bone marrow via density gradient separation techniques. We are separating mononuclear fraction from bone marrow using a single spin kit to separate erythrocytes and granulocytes, further producing a more stable product.
