Human Cardiac Fibroblasts
Pericardial fibroblasts are major components of the pericardium layer that acts as protective sac for the heart. These cells produce collagens to give the heart strucutral support and lubrication. They are used to study progression of sclerosing pericarditis and drug screening puporsoses.
