Kosheeka obtains Human Gingival Fibroblasts from the gingival tissues of individuals who've given informed consent, particularly from patients dealing with periodontal issues. These fibroblasts possess a unique ability related to scarless wound healing. To retain their therapeutic potential, we culture these cells using explant cultures, ensuring the preservation of their receptors' integrity. These fibroblasts are passed up to stage P1 and undergo specific characterization. We confirm the presence of fibroblast markers CD29 and CD73 while ensuring the absence of the mesenchymal stem cell marker CD105. The cells are also assessed for their in vitro differentiation capacity to adipogenic, osteogenic as well as chondrogenic differentiation potential.For therapeutic purposes, we offer testing for infectious markers such as HIV, HCV, and HBV upon request. Regular assessments also include screenings for aerobic, anaerobic bacteria, and mycoplasma infection. To meet diverse needs, these cells are shipped either cryopreserved in vials containing 1 million cells or supplied in an active state within T75 flasks.
