Human Ovarian Fibroblasts
Isolated from the Ovary these cells are responsible for maintinaing an extracellular matric and secreting sevreal growth factors. Ovarians cancers may activate these fribroblasts to release pro-tumerogenic agents. As a result, these cells are used in cancer research and drug sensitivity analysis.
